Yes. Connect your store, sync orders automatically, fulfill from the dashboard, and push delivery status updates back to Shopify.
Delivery staff send an OTP to the customer by SMS or email. The order is marked delivered only after OTP verification, with optional photo and location proof.
Record an NDR with reason and optional photo, notify the store, and reassign for reattempt. Shopify can reflect attempted delivery status.
