Privacy Policy — Track50

This Privacy Policy describes how Track50 (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our SaaS platform for order tracking and in-house delivery management (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, store URL, password (hashed), and billing details you provide during registration.
Store & order data: order numbers, customer names, contact details, addresses, payment method (e.g. COD), line items, and fulfillment status synced from Shopify or entered in the dashboard.
Delivery data: delivery assignments, OTP verification records, delivery proof photos, NDR (non-delivery) reasons, and activity logs.
Payment data: subscription payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and/or Stripe (international). We do not store full card numbers; we receive transaction IDs and payment status from these providers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies required for login sessions and security.

2. How we use information

Provide and improve the Service (sync, assign deliveries, OTP, labels, tracking pages).
Send transactional messages (OTP, notifications) via SMS/email providers you configure.
Process subscriptions and comply with tax/accounting obligations.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Respond to support requests.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share data only as needed to operate the Service:

Shopify — API access you authorize for order sync and fulfillment updates.
Razorpay / Stripe — payment processing.
SMS & email providers — OTP and notifications (configured by you).
Hosting providers — to run the application (e.g. servers in India or regions you choose).

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

4. Data retention

We retain account and order data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (e.g. completed payment records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, and tenant isolation between stores. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your admin credentials and API tokens.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics may be added in future with notice.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
