Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscription payments for Track50 made through Razorpay or Stripe on our website.
1. Free trial & free plan
If we offer a free tier or trial, no charge applies until you upgrade to a paid plan. You may cancel before the billing date to avoid charges.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans are generally billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your billing settings or by contacting support.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Admin → Billing or by emailing kumardharamraj2017@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds
- Within 7 days of first paid purchase: If the Service did not work as described and we cannot resolve a material issue, you may request a full refund of that first payment by email with your account email and payment reference.
- Renewals: Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for documented billing errors or prolonged outages caused by us.
- Partial months: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days after cancellation mid-cycle unless mandated by law.
5. Payment disputes
For Razorpay or Stripe charge disputes, contact us first at kumardharamraj2017@gmail.com with transaction ID. We will work with the payment provider to investigate.
6. Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. Please contact us before disputing with your bank if there is a billing mistake.
7. GST / invoices
Tax invoices (where applicable) are sent to your registered email. Provide correct billing details during checkout.
