Shipping & Delivery Policy

Important: Track50 is a software platform. We do not ship physical goods to your customers. Your store fulfills product delivery using your own delivery team or other carriers you arrange separately.

1. What this policy covers

  • Digital Service delivery: After payment, your account is activated and you receive access to the dashboard, delivery app, and tracking tools—typically within minutes.
  • Your customers’ orders: Delivery times, COD collection, and package handling for products sold on your Shopify store are your responsibility as the merchant, not Track50’s.

2. SaaS access delivery

Login credentials are sent to your registered email. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, contact kumardharamraj2017@gmail.com or +91 8851096421.

3. How merchants use the platform for physical delivery

The platform helps you:

  • Assign orders to your delivery staff
  • Send OTP for proof of delivery
  • Print labels and track status on a branded page
  • Sync fulfillment updates to Shopify

Estimated delivery dates shown to your customers on the tracking page are based on data you configure; we do not guarantee courier SLAs.

4. No third-party logistics services

We do not pick up parcels, provide warehousing, or operate a national courier network. If you need outsourced logistics, use a separate carrier or logistics partner alongside or instead of in-house delivery managed in Track50.

5. International users

Stripe may be used for international billing. Service delivery (software access) is electronic worldwide where legally permitted.
